Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. After Booking, If the Customer Cancels the Trip Up to 4 Hrs. then a full refund will be Initiated the same day and the Company will take no Charge at all.
2. If the Customer cancels the Trip Just before onboarding or at the Last 4 hrs of Departure, The Company will Charge Rs. 1000/-(INR) as Vehicle Chauffeur Holding Charge. Remain amount will be refunded on the Same Day.
3. All Payment Or Refunds would be made through online Transfer.
4. Please Read all payment terms before proceeding with any booking.
